I worked along side Joe for more years than I would like to admit .. Joe was always willing to talk honestly and forthright about whatever issue was brought up .. Joe was a real person in the sense that he never said what he thought you may want to hear,but instead let you know how he felt about a given subject and was always fair in his disagreement while showing respect for others perspective.
Josephs absence from our workplace was noticed and commented on almost daily during his illness and his absence from this world will be a burden that all who knew him will have to contend with.
