Dear Lucy, sons 9, and family of Jo CORMIER, CHERE FAMILLE,
We salute the sailor, hard-working man, family MAN, Our favourite electrician by far -- Shubie way & beyond.
'Just heard today, 19th, of your/our Joseph's passing at 94. We send our deep Sympathy to family & all his many friends.
Jo with Cecil did all the electrics in Mum & Dad's house, 11 Conley Rd., & in so many, many more that no one but No One could count the heat, light & machines that Cormier & Sons set going in such a l-o-n-g career in Shubie & area, let alone before that & on his military service.
Mr Cormier - we never knew he was named Joseph till I was about 16 - was always kinds to Nadine, my bro' Roland & me, soft-spoken with never a harsh word for a living soul.
