so sorry for your loss,,,, frank was a great friend of the Phillips family,,,,,,he used to stay with our older brother pauls house when he came to Presque osle maine,,they were great friends and played a lot of cribbage . he also went fishing with us also,,,ice fishing and down on the coast for mackerel ,,,he had many words of wisdom and also kept us laughing a lot,,, again sorry for the loss,,,,,
