It’s been a year… since Richard died. Once I learned of his death, I was inconsolable. My thoughts around his family his wife Beverly also Susan, Andrew, Heather, Jason, and all his grandkids. Richard was so amazing. He never judged anyone. He gave people a chance as he gave a fair chance to me. A good old fashion fair shot. I loved it. Richard was kind. He was funny, gentle, social, generous, reliable, patient, tender, outspoken. I cannot say enough good things about this man Richard was the first man I’d ever met, who was a real father, a protector of his family, a provider, a leader, and example. Richard was phenomenal. He was a great example and the first day I ever saw a true father figure apart from a TV sitcom. He really was a shining star. If he would’ve been in Hollywood it would’ve been a gush. He really was amazing. He accepted people for who they were, and then built upon their character and Richard was wonderful. He loved Beverly wholeheartedly. He wouldn’t even dare joke about her in a negative way. He loved her hard and strong. he was the epitome of what a true, loving husband should be. We all saw how blessed we were to be in his presence. He adored all of the children, and then to be blessed with Jason was phenomenal as well. Richard loved hard he loved full. he loved good. His zest for life was incredible. He simply could not hide his kindness and his big heart he could not hide it from the world not that he wanted to this man proved to me there was true gentleman in the world. I love Richard I loved Richard every minute of every day, every second of every hour. I can’t even imagine how tough it is for the family anyone who is lucky enough to know him knows that they will forever be touched and blessed rest Richard please in peace I know you will I know you will. May we all be blessed to have known Richard I love you, Richard now, and forever.
