To Martin's family:
We were very sad to learn of Martin's passing and send our thoughts and condolences to all. Both of us
had the pleasure to be fellow employees with Martin at The Shaw Group and have fond memories of him -
his friendly, unassuming manner, his dry wit and his mischievous grin.
Sincere sympathy

I spent a lot of my childhood hanging out with Marty. He always treated me well and never treated me cruelly as did some of the other kids in the neighbourhood. He was a great and consistent friend to me. Many of my childhood memories include Marty. I always knew he was a kind hearted soul. My condolences to his family and friends as I'm certain a loving brother, mate and friend has been lost too soon. I regretfully wish I knew him better as an adult. Bye Marty rest in peace.

Our deepest sympathy to Stephanie and all of Marty’s family. We will miss seeing him at the lake...we always knew when we pulled in and saw Marty’s truck there that we’d be in for lots of laughs and silliness! Rest In Peace, Marty.

My thoughts are with you all Steph, Shelley and Cindy! I am sure he is up there with Harry causing some sort of trouble. Likely arguing over who caught the biggest fish! Dad, hubby and I will be waiting to hear your stories! You’ll be up there shaking your head at the way “your” yard at Shaws will look! RIP Martin. Gone way too soon!!

We were so so saddened and shocked to hear of Martin's sudden illness and passing. Both Phil and I had worked with Martin for many many years. You would never meet a more sincere and likeable person then him. I have so many great memories of him teasing me at work, pointing out any of my mistakes with a huge grin and an even bigger laugh. You will be forever in our hearts with the fond memories we have of you Martin! You made our work life so much more enjoyable just by being you. We are sending big condolences and love to his family. May it give you a bit of comfort to know that he touched so many people's lives in such a great way and that we are grieving right along with you. May you Rest in Peace Marty. Forever in our hearts.

This truly breaks my heart more than anyone will know. A young man very friendly always smiling was taken away from us way to soon. When we would see 1 another you always made me laugh so hard and that handsome little grin you always had would let me say to myself now whats he going to say silly to me, and you always did say something to crack me up. Buddy you will be truly be missed but your with your mom and dad now and im sure they are very happy to see you.thinking of all your family Martin .
RIP love you and you will never be forgotton hugs
