I met Margie when I was a little girl, she lived across the street from me and Paul lived just down the bottom of the hill in Selma.
I will always remember her fun loving ways and her laughter, and would always lend me her baseball glove.
I will never forget how much she hated the flies from the horses ! :)
She will always be remembered by me as a friend from a very young age.
I'm sorry I didn't make it to her celebration of life, but all of my sitters were there with you.
I am so sorry for your loss Paul, Kirby and Andrea, sending loving thoughts your way.
Rest in peace Margie, you were loved,
Jill Sutton

I wasn't able to attend the funeral in NS but was able to watch the livestream of the funeral. Thank you to Ettingers Funeral Home for this, it meant a lot to me. Margie was a special person, we visited from Ontario on occasion but always kept her and Paul in our thoughts, on social media or by phone. She made The best seafood chowder, and she was always my number one fan when we were around. Loved it when she took out the guitar and the singing began. We will miss you dearly, Margie. Love you forever and ever and always.

Condolences on the loss of Margie to all her family. Such a lovely person. Can't tell you how many times her smile and knowledge dug me out of rules and regulations which seemed to change daily at the bank during the time I was a volunteer treasurer for a local organization. Her wink was always a reassurance she would get things sorted, which she promptly did.

I played beside Margie for many years as an outfielder for the Noel Shore Shots. She was a talented ball player, a kind and funny woman, and she could also sing a mean Conway Twitty song. “Linda on My Mind” is echoing in my head as I write this. My thoughts and prayers are with her family and friends during these difficult days.
Rest easy, my friend.
