My deepest condolences to Doreen and the family. Harley is fondly remembered by me. I remember my Dad, John and Harley doing some welding one day and didn't some molten metal drop down Dad's rubber boot. They weren't long getting that boot off with a hearty laugh by both of them afterwards. Harley was a good man and will be missed. Peace to you all.

Dearest Aunt Doreen, Cathy, Marjorie, Mike, Norman and all your families,
It is with great sadness that I send this condolence to all of you. Uncle Harley was a one of a kind wonderful man full of laughter and that wonderful smile could make your day. I will always remember how thoughtful, caring and kind he was throughout all the years of getting together in Elmsdale. My children, Jonathan & Marie, remember all too well Uncle Harley and all the “Beaver” items at the house. We were always captivated by his stories and all the jokes he had to share.
One of my favourite memories to share is how appreciative I was for all the times Uncle Harley drove out to the Airport to meet me when I flew home for a visit. Whether it was me alone, the kids and I or George and I, his smiling face would be there at arrivals or there for departures to welcome us with a big embrace. I always felt so very special to have him be my official “Airport Greeter”.
Unfortunately I will not be able to attend his Memorial Service but please know that my family will be with you in thought and prayer on Friday, November 1st. I have been asking God to give the family support and strength through this difficult time as you say the last good-byes. May the love of God be with you all and may dearest Uncle Harley rest in peace, reunited with Lou, Cecil, Ken, Pearl, and Grandad and Nan Beaver.
We will miss you!
Love to every one from:
George & Szandra Muschiol
Jonathan, Faye and baby Ava Muschiol
Cam, Marie and Lincoln Weitz
Vaughn Woodworth
Hopefully this Tribute will work the second time round, Cathy!!

Harley was just one of those people who left me with happy memories.
His laughter would fill any room. A man of integrity and a hard worker; always had a story and respect for others. All these qualities of a good man have been passed on to his and Doreen's children, who are the best.
You all have been in my prayers, and I hope for you to be comforted in your grief and be grateful for having been a part of Harley's life but most of all got to enjoy those creative Christmas Trees, I know I did.
God bless each of you.
Love and hugs

Harley was the smoothest dancer with Doreen. We watched them at Nine Mile River and I decided I wanted to be as smooth as them. Rosemary and I worked at it a lot. Harley came to the dance one evening with white shoes on. I asked him if I bought white shoes would I be able to dance as smooth as him. I didn't get a good answer, just a nice laugh. He will always be my dance role model...
