JOUDREY, Jeanette Agnes – age 78 of Fletcher’s Lake peacefully passed away on May 9, 2019 in the Magnolia, Enfield.

Born in Halifax, she was a daughter of the late Neil Colin and Sophie Eleanor (Chaddock) MacDonald.

Jeanette loved dogs and horses. She was the kind of person that would help anyone and would give you the shirt off of her back. She was a loving and caring person. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Jeanette loved a variety of music and boy, could she dance.

Jeanette is survived by her husband, Aubrey; children, Christina Fowler, Neil Fowler, Peggy (Tom) Holland; nine step children; grandchildren, Kathleen, Alma, Thomas, Richard, Haley, Jessica, Justin and many more; several great grandchildren; brother, George (Sandy) MacDonald; numerous nieces and nephews.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by sisters, Jean and Alma; brother, Kenneth.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. A funeral service will be held 11am Tuesday May 14th at St. Margaret’s Anglican Church, Oakfield, Rev. Carl Fraser officiating. Interment to follow in the parish cemetery.

Donations in Jeanette’s memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Society or Diabetes Association.
