Shauna, Tim, Ellis, Joan, Winston, Willena, and your families ~ I've known about the magic and strength that Connor brought to the lives of everyone since I first met Willena many years ago. She spoke of Connor with such love and pride, and her eyes always shone when she brought up his name. I am so sorry I did not have an opportunity to meet this amazing superhero, but I do know that he is deeply loved by everyone, and that the world is a far better place for having had him in it for the short time he was here. The loss of a child is devastating. Please know that you are not ever alone, and that I will be here for you now and always.
Please give Ellis a huge hug from me and Frank, and hug one another and know that you are all loved and will be supported now and always by those who love and care for you.
Rest easy, Connor. Your bright light will never dim.
