Nancy was at the Children's Training Centre in Pictou with my sister Charlene. I adored Nancy when I was younger and she always brought a smile. So very sorry for your loss.

As a young child of one of the support workers Lorilee Morash one of my favourite things to do was have my dad drive us up before bedtime to Ross hill during my moms night shift so we could visit Nancy , Theresa and auntae . I will always remember Nancy as she was always so happy and wanting to play a game of patty cake or just sing :) She had such a genuine aura about her , so full of smiles and laughter. May she rest in peace - Kaitlyn

I was so VERY SAD to hear of Nancy's passing! I only knew Nancy through Sylvia when she would bring her home to our place for visits. I learned very fast that she enjoyed snacking on wood as she wasn't long finding a wooden knob on the pull-chain of our ceiling fan...thank goodness we were fast enough to catch her in action before she got it in her mouth. I LOVED singing songs with Nancy and of course leaving out words and sure enough Nancy would fill in the blanks. Nancy you were a total joy, R.I.P.

Nancy....I will miss you so very much!!
When I came into work the first person I saw was you and your beautiful smile!
I will miss your sweet hugs and strawberry kisses.
I loved it when you would cuddle up on the couch, and place your head on my lap and have a quick power nap.
Your funny antics and many hilarious incidents will remain forever in my memory.
God has chosen a very special Angel to now watch over us.
Nancy, this is not good-bye, it's "I'll see you soon", sweet sweet Nanny!
I love you and you will be in my heart forever!

Nancy, you were a sweet soul! Your laughter and love filled the room. Even though I have it seen you in a while I often think of things you did and said and always smile fondly. You are no doubt an angel and you can now spread your wings and be free!! Love you
