Obituary of Jeremy Cedric Dares

DARES, Jeremy Cedric, of Midville Branch. Passed away on Friday November 4, 2016 in Midville Branch, Nova Scotia at the age of 48. Loving husband of 22 years to Amanda (Kent) Dares; caring father to Emily and Jacob. Survived by parents, James “Jim” and Muriel Dares; siblings, Wendy (Mark) Dodsworth, John (Lori) Dares, Jeff (Andie) Ringstrom-Dares. He will be sadly missed by his many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends. His happy place was at his cottage and he had many fond memories with all who spent time there. He worked all his life in the forestry industry and enjoyed fishing and ATVing. Jeremy loved his dogs, Duke and Cody. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of life will be held at Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie 2pm. Saturday, November 19, 2016 Sarah Nyberg officiating. A reception will follow in the funeral home hospitality area. If desired donations may be made in memory of Jeremy to the SPCA or a charity of choice.
