Hazel and all your family;
Hazel, Our sincerest condolences at you loss of Fred, I always admired the light in his eyes when he spoke of you hazel. It was so hard for him to be living away from you but he certainly made time to stay connected daily. The love you shared was very evident!
To Brent and Joanne, Clarey and Marjorie, as well as your children we extend our thoughts and prayers at your loss of your dad/Grandad.
I always enjoy a chance to have a chat with Fred. He will be missed by many!!
I was so sorry that I was unable to be at his service of remembrance/celebration of life. He was a veteran that made me feel he was very grateful for the life he got to live!
Our thoughts and prayers are with each of you at this sad time.
Sincerely,
Christine and Wayne MacAskill

My heart breaks that you're gone but your memory will last forever. You always said how much you appreciated me taking the time to come visit you on tuesdays, but Fred I enjoyed our visits just as much. Our many chats, cups of tea and of course listening to George Jones will be memories I will have forever. You will be missed so very much!
Thinking of all your family who you talked about so much. You are all in my thoughts and prayers as you lay to rest the sweetest man I have ever had the pleasure of knowing.
RIP dear Fred

Kevin and I are thinking of all the family at this time of loss. We remember Fred from when we first moved to Lantz back in1983. Maple Drive had just been added to their Maplewood subdivision and we bought a lot to build our home. Although most of our dealings were with Brent and Joanna, you knew Fred was always involved. A quiet, competent presence in the background. I'm sure you have lots of fine memories yourselves. Take care of yourselves.
Debbie and Kevin Pike.
