Obituary of Kenneth Lovett Brown

BROWN, Kenneth L. “Ken” age 85, of Shubenacadie, passed away peacefully on August 10, 2016 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in North Salem, he was a son of the late Howard and Sadie (Parker) Brown. Ken is survived by his soulmate and wife of 61 years, Carrie (Watson), sons Wade (Carolyn), Douglas (Denise); grandchildren, Wendi (John), Andrew, Matthew (Malorie), Justin (Amber), Katelyn, Kelsey, Tyler (Stephanie); great grandchildren, Colby, Logan, Declan, Ben and Aubreigh; former daughter-in-law Ellen Langille; many nieces and nephews. He will also be missed by his brothers and sisters-in-law and many friends. He was predeceased by son, Kevin, brothers, Roy, Cecil, Wilford, Russell and two sisters in infancy. Cremation has taken place. Visitation 6-8pm Friday in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie, from where funeral service will be held 2pm Saturday, Chris Mackey officiating.
