Obituary of Selby Dennis Campbell

CAMPBELL, Selby Dennis – age 62 of Dutch Settlement, passed away on April 2, 2016 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Sydney, he was a son of the late Colin and Isabelle (Locke) Campbell. He enjoyed hunting in his younger days. He played hockey in his youth and was a big Boston Bruins fan. He was an electrician, beginning his career with Merle Rockwell back in seventies - he also worked for various companies through the years. He is survived by his wife, Melba (Hines); son, Mark; brothers, Jimmy (Pat), Joey (Yvonne), Robbie (Loretta), Andrew (Annamae), Victor (Donna), Tommy (Gwen), Frank (Peggy), Raymond (Joanne), John Hugh (Colleen), Keith (Roseanne) and Garfield (Tammy); sisters, Alice, Theresa, Margie and Georgina. He was predeceased by brothers, Peter and Stephen; sisters, Ada and Pauline; infant brothers, Jean David & Collie and infant sister, Melvina. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will take place 1-3pm, Sunday, April 10 in the Riverline Activity Centre, 80 Grono Road., Dutch Settlement.
