HUTT, Elmer Gordon - age 81, of Shubenacadie, passed away March 29, 2016 in Elk Court, Brookfield. He was born in Mill Village to the late Howard and Bertha (Moore) Hutt. Elmer was a hard worker in his younger days, employed as a woodsman and in construction. He is survived by his daughters, Barbara (Kevin) Pearl, Urbania; Sharon (Timothy) Tanner, Bass River; 9 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; sister, Pearl Barbrick, Truro; brothers, Marshall Hutt, Bible Hill; Gerald Hutt, Mount Uniacke. He was predeceased by his wife, Pauline; daughter, Eleanor Heather Hart; sisters, Jean, Dorothy, Effie and Sadie; brothers, Orrie, Kenneth, Leland, Vincent, Hal, Burton and George. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. As per Elmer’s wishes there will be no funeral service.
