Obituary of Louis Wayne Cogger

COGGER, Louis Wayne “Butch” – age 66, Stewiacke, passed away Thursday, March 3, 2016, surrounded by his family. Born in Antigonish, he was a son of the late Louis and Ann (Grave) Cogger. He had a contagious smile and a story for anyone. He was a life time carpenter. He is survived by his wife of 43 years, Sandra; daughter, Wanda (Dwayne)Joy, Salmon River; and son, Mark(Jill) Cogger, Stewiacke. Those who held his heart were his grandkids, Hannah, Nadia, Jacob, Corbin and Raiden. Also surviving are siblings, Linda (Karl), Danny (Bonnie), Sharon (Gussie), Colleen (John), Lori (Stan) and Fred (Ann Marie). Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie, from where visitation will be held 2-4pm and 6-8pm, Monday, March 7. Funeral service at St. Bridget’s Roman Catholic Church, Shubenacadie 11:30am Tuesday, March 8, Father Joseph Thomas officiating. Thank you to the doctors and nurses at Colchester Hospital as well as the paramedics and Stewiacke Fire Department.
