Obituary of Elizabeth Fiset

FISET (Jefferson), Elizabeth “Betty” – Pugwash/Shubenacadie, age 83, passed away peacefully in East Cumberland Lodge, Pugwash on August 4, 2015. Born in Montreal, she was a daughter of the late William and Agnes Jefferson. She was a homemaker and a dedicated volunteer and member of Spryfield Legion in earlier years. She is survived by her sons, Ronald, David, and Danny Fiset; brother, William Jefferson; sisters, Ina, Rose, Dot; son in law, Jamie Wier. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband, Ronald; daughters, Brenda, Carol, Sandy, and Linda; son, Pat. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. There will be no visitation or service by request. Donations in memory of Betty may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Diabetes Foundation. A very special thanks to the staff at East Cumberland Lodge for the care and compassion shown to Betty during her time there. They are number 1 in the family’s books.
