McMULLIN, Sandra Ruth Violet - 61, Milford, formerly of Lake Egmont, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2014 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro, after a lengthy illness. Born in New Chester, she was a daughter of the late Chesley Bezanson and Violet (Bezanson) Preeper. She loved watching her children and grandchildren playing their sports. Sandra was always there for her family and friends. She was very family oriented. She loved animals, especially her cat, Frisco and also enjoyed rescuing injured animals (domestic or wild) and nurturing them back to health. Sandra was a fun loving person and always up for new challenges. She will be sadly missed by her husband Ronald, daughters Ann Marie (Rick) Boutilier, Melinda McMullin, Terra McMullin-Mullin, Tammy McMullin (Clint Turner); son Christopher McMulllin; grandchildren Brandon, Shanda, Michael, Dylan, Emma and Cameron; sisters Brenda Lowe, Donna (Francis) Boucher; brothers David Bezanson (Debbie), Ashley (Roseanne) Bezanson. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her step father Lorne Preeper and brother in-law, Allen Lowe. Visitation will be held 6 -9pm Thursday in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie. A funeral service will be held 2pm, Friday in St. Paul's United Church, Antrim, Rev. Linda Yates officiating. Interment in the church cemetery. Donations in memory of Sandra may be made to Colchester East Hants Palliative Care or St. Paul's United Church, Antrim.
