Obituary of Myles Joseph Isenor
ISENOR, Myles Joseph – age 39 of Carrolls Corner, passed away suddenly at home on November 24th, 2024. Born in Halifax, he was the son of Cassandra (Isenor) and the stepson of John Dunham.
Myles really enjoyed getting together with his buddies to go fishing; it was a hobby he was passionate about since he was only four years old. He made friends wherever he went. Myles regularly played darts at the Elmsdale Legion and was a member of an RC club in Elmsdale; he looked forward to racing RC cars with other club members which included travelling to New Brunswick to race. When he wasn’t fishing or racing RC cars, he liked to relax by playing videogames or just hanging out with a friend.
Myles worked at Goodfellows for awhile and also as a farmhand. At the age of 25, he completed the heating, air, ventilation and refrigeration course at NSCC. Soon afterwards he started working for Ian Currie. He really put his all into his job.
Myles is survived by his mother, Cassandra; stepfather, John Dunham; little sister, Kayla; and his uncle Clair.
He was predeceased by his grandparents, Owen and Viola Isenor; aunt Marianne; uncle Anthony “Tony”.
Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Homes, Shubenacadie and Elmsdale.
A graveside service will be held at 1 pm on Saturday, December 7th, 2024, in St. Paul’s United Church Cemetery, Antrim.
The family would like to thank the first responders, you did your very best and we appreciate you.
