BROOKS, Tre’vyn Calvin Richard – Tre’vyn entered the world asleep on April 27th, 2024, at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. He was a son of Jaleesa Brooks and Dougie Schrader.

“Rest in peace, my little sweet prince (My Warrior), Tre’vyn Calvin Richard Brooks, love Mommy and your big sister, Anylah. You are now resting in peace with your grandfather, great grandfather and great grandmother. Rest of the angels are guiding you on your Spiritual Journey. April 27th, 2024 Tre’vyn had gained his angel wings. You’ll never be forgotten. I carried you for Nine months and forever my son you will be…”

Besides his parents, Tre’vyn is survived by his big sister, Anylah; grandmothers, Colleen and Wanda; great grandmother, Constance Brooks; uncle, Calvin Jr.; aunts, Alaura and Jill; god parents, Bobbie Jo McDonald and Cal Brooks Jr.; many great aunts, uncles and first cousins.

Tre’vyn is predeceased by grandfather, Calvin Adam Brooks Sr.; great grandparents, Richard and Elaine Paul.

Visitation will take place from 2-4pm and 6-8pm on Thursday May 2nd, 2024, at Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie. Cremation will follow. A Funeral Service will be held at 2pm on Monday May 6th, 2024, at St. Kateri’s Roman Catholic Church, Indian Brook. Followed by a Traditional Service and interment at the parish cemetery.
