I met Ethel less than 2 years ago. My husband Bram works at White Hills & told me how Ethel, like me, loved to read. So I gave him some books for her and later would bring some of her beloved Agatha Christie from the library to her. Ethel was lovely to visit and a comfort as I had lost my mother shortly before meeting her. I liked her stories of her childhood. She loved her work at the lab, Handel's music, and the blaring soccer games. She lived a long, full, healthy life. She loved her family so much.

Good Morning Christine It is with regrets that I cannot attend the memorial service for your Mom this morning. This is due to other duties that have come up this morning. please know that I enjoyed my relationship with your Mom over the last ten years and I will miss her very much. So sorry to hear of the passing of Ehhel.I have known her for 10 years and enjoyed her company very much. I will always remember her when I bake Molassas cookies( her favorite).Ethel was a wonderful ,kind soul and will be greatly missed by all who knew her.From Blaine the cook at whitehills ltc.
