Obituary of Ashley Gail MacPhee

MacPHEE, Ashley Gail  - age 39 of Shubenacadie, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2023, in the QEII V.G. Site, Halifax. Born in Truro, she was a daughter of Robert and Sue (Pearl) Langille.

Ashley had an amazing sense of humour and could make anyone laugh. Her smile was infectious. She loved her work as a CCA and loved her clients even more. She was very kind and compassionate and took pride in caring for others. Her son, Kyle was the light of her life along with her nephew and niece. Ashley adored her cats, especially Morgan to whom she is sure to have been reunited with. There was so much more to Ashley and words will never be enough to describe the beautiful person that she was. She will be sadly missed by her family and many friends.

Besides her parents, Ashley is survived by her partner, Quentin; son, Kyle; sister, Amy (Brandon); nephew, Colt; niece, Elly; grandmothers, Sharon Wright and Muriel MacPhee; grandparents, Nancy and Wayne Langille and Alfred and Sandra Pearl; father, Laurie MacPhee; best friend, Megan Muise.

Ashley was predeceased by her grandfathers, Bill MacPhee and Jim Wright.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. A celebration of life visitation will be held at from 3 - 6 PM on Friday, February 3, 2023 in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie.

The family would like to extend their sincere gratitude to the staff of the ICU at the QEII V.G. Site for their kindness, care and compassion.

Donations in Ashley’s memory may be made to the Camp Hill Memorial Hospital or to the SPCA.
