Obituary of Ryan Wade Cole

COLE, Ryan Wade – age 36 of Oldham passed away on January 8^th, 2023, at home. Born in Halifax, he was a son of Karen Lynn Runions and Darren Wade Cole. 

From the beginning Ryan defied all odds. Always kind, compassionate and caring despite all the challenges he faced. Ryan worked hard at Sobeys and at some points would have multiple jobs. Ryan was a loving son, grandson, brother, cousin, nephew and special uncle who spoiled his niece and nephew whenever he could. They absolutely adored him. Ryan will be deeply missed by all who knew him.

Ryan is survived by his parents, Karen Runions (Doug), Darren Cole; siblings, Lindsay (Kevin) Pothier, Cody, Nicholas; niece, Sophie; nephew, Maxwell; grandparents, Isabelle Cole and Sheila Johnson; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Ryan is predeceased by grandfathers, Gerald Cole and Bruce Sanford; cousin, Derek; Julia.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11am on Friday January 13^th, 2023, at St. Bernard’s Roman Catholic Church, Enfield. A burial will follow in the Parish Cemetery and a reception in the church hall.
