RUTH, John William , more commonly known as “Jack” - age 85, of Lantz, Nova Scotia, formerly Scarborough, Ontario and Summerside, Newfoundland.

We are sad to announce the passing of our Father, Poppy and Grand Poppy on Saturday, December 10, 2022 at home.

Cherished Dad of, Brian (Audrey), Todd (Karen), Norma, Collette, Arlene, Ivy (Larry), Jenny (George); loving Poppy of Devin, Megan, Toddie, Jolean, Justin,  Sarah, Steven, Alex, Kayla, Samantha, Larry Jr., Chelsea; Grand Poppy of Emma, Seajay, Mason, Meadow, Kingston, Harlow, Denver, Bryson, Logan, Dyllon, Layla and Zoey. He will be missed by his remaining siblings, and extended family.

He was predeceased by his loving wife of 59 years, Josephine; daughters Agnes and Lisa; great grandson, Jackson; his parents, Ches and Dorothy Ruth and his siblings.

A celebration of life to be held later in Ontario, when he will be laid to rest with his loving wife.
