Obituary of Diane Mary Hamilton

HAMILTON, Diane Mary - age 76 of Stewiacke passed away peacefully at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Diligent River she was a daughter of the late Gordon and Mary (Winters) Salter.

Diane’s life was lovingly devoted to her family, especially her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, bingo, sitting outside to enjoy the outdoors, but most of all her visits from family and friends.

Diane is survived by her children, Brent (Shelley), Brenda (Sheldon); grandchildren, Tyler, Jacob and Dylan.

She was predeceased by her loving husband Rod.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie.

A private family graveside will take place at a later date.

Donations in memory of Diane may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation, The Canadian Cancer Society, or a charity of choice.
