Obituary of Norma Jean Richardson

RICHARDSON, Norma Jean-age 74,  of Shubenacadie East, formerly of Truro, passed away January 16, 2022 in the Halifax Infirmary Site, QE I Health Sciences Centre, Halifax.  Born in Truro, she was a daughter of the late Perry and Minnie (McNutt) MacKinnon.

Norma was a member and great supporter of the Shubenacadie United Church. She loved reading and doing daily crosswords. She was a graduate of Acadia University. Norma loved animals and in particular cats.

Norma is survived by her brother, Roger (Jane).

She was predeceased by her husband, Gerald; brother, Keith and a sister in infancy.

A funeral service will be held 2pm Friday, January 21, 2022 in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie. Rev. Martin Reid officiating.
