Aunt Joan and I always had a special relationship, as I am sure most people who knew her could also claim. She and I used to exchange silly, funny gifts on birthdays and Christmas for years. She was “Grover”, I was “Gonzo”. We had the same silly sense of humour… a trait I’m sure she picked up from her father, Charlie Miller. Speaking of Millers, Aunt Joan was always very proud of her ancestry, another thing for which we sometimes had long conversations. Aunt Joan seemed to never stop smiling, loved to hug, and she told stories that we will all treasure. She will be sorely missed by our family and I know she will be deeply missed by her family. To Uncle Johnnie, Michael, Dennis, Ann, Todd, Peter and their families, we offer our deepest sympathy and love.
