Obituary of Eva Dixon

Dixon, Eva Edith Pearl (Lively) - 74, of Latties Brook, passed away at home surrounded by loved ones on March 27, 2013. She was the daughter of the late Henry and Mildred (Dot) Lively. She was born in South Maitland. She enjoyed her family and friends. Edith enjoyed knitting, bingo, reading and her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband James Dixon, son, Leroy (Carol), N.W.T., Earl, Alberta, John Henry, Alberta; daughters Marie Corkum, BC, Carol (James) Bushie, Green Oaks, Jean Reid, BC, Judy (Morgan) Fitch, Alberta; daughter in law Kathy; sisters Mae Cook, Brookfield, Ethel (Wayne) Waller, South Maitland: brothers Murray (Judy) Lively, Mississauga, Ont., Grant (Judy) Lively, Maitland, sister in law Alice, 21 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by son Wade, son in law Allen, brother Earl Lively, sisters Evelyn Hill and Joan Brightman. Visitation will be held Sunday, March 31, 2013 from 7-9pm at Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. Funeral service will be held Monday April 1, 2013 at 7pm in the funeral home. Family flowers only.
