O'BRIEN (Harvey) Annie Joyce, age 75 of Milford passed away Thursday, August 29, 2013 in Colchester East Hants Health Centre. Born in Gormanville, she was the daughter of the late Walter and Maude (White) Harvey. She is survived by her husband Thomas, daughter JoeAnne at home, sons Doug (Gail) of Shubenacadie, Wayne (Janet) Powerview, Man., two Very Special grandsons Brad (Jaclyn), Brock (Amanda), two step-grandsons A.J. and Darren, great-granddaughters Amelia and Sophie, great-grandson Mason and step-great-granddaughters Madisyn and Abigail. Sisters Haley and Estel Harvey, Marina Hamilton and Marilyn Anderson and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by sisters Sylvia, Gladys, Maggie, Hazel and brothers Harry and Ercil. Special Thank You to her Family physician, Dr. H. Adams for years of special care. As well to the Doctors and especially the entire Nursing staff of "D" Wing, 3rd Floor of Colchester East Hants Health Centre for the tremendous care given while there. Also to Paramedics, Jody, Greg and Chad for your amazing care given to her on her final day. Very much appreciated. Cremation has taken place under the direction of Ettinger Funeral Home of Shubenacadie. No Service or Visitation by her request. A Family Committal Service will be at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to The Terry Fox Foundations or St. Paul's Cemetery, North Noel Road.
