Obituary of B. Boylan

BOYLAN, B. Ross, 74- Hardwood Lands. It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of a beloved husband, father and grandfather, on May 16, 2013 in the Victoria General Hospital Site of the QEII Health Sciences Centre, Halifax. Born in New Ross, he was a son of the late Clarence and Alice (Skerry) Boylan. Ross spent ten years with the Royal Canadian Navy followed by various roles within the electronics industry. He enjoyed fishing, gardening and most of all spending time with his grandchildren. He will be sadly missed by his wife Mary (Caldwell) Boylan; daughters Cindy (Tony) Campbell, Brookside; Carla (Mike) Maloney, Cole Harbour; grandchildren, Corey and Casey Campbell; Matthew and Ryan Maloney; brothers Edward (Sheila) Boylan, Halifax; and Bill (Joann) Boylan, New Ross; several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by sisters ShirleyVeinot and Marie Reeves. At Ross's request cremation has taken place under the direction of Ettinger's Funeral Home and there will be no visitation or service.
