PEARL, Pauline Victoria 91, North Salem. It is with sad hearts that we announce the passing of our loving mother and grandmother on June 28, 2013 at Glen Haven Manor, New Glasgow, with her family at her side. Born on December 19, 1921 in Sheffield Mills, she was a daughter of the late James and Mary (Corkum) Benjamin. Mom loved to knit, make quilts and do puzzle books. She is survived by children, Willard "Bill", North Salem; Evelyn "Daisy" (Owen) Isenor, Kinsac, Kathleen, North Salem, John, North Salem; 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren; sisters Dot and Clara; many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Willard Thad "Jim" Pearl, children Olive Anthony and Murray Arthur, grand daughters Jessie and Lisa, sisters Ruby, Mabel and Laura(in infancy); brothers Jimmy, Bill, Edward "Ted", Arthur, Reg, Mike and Cecil. Visitation was held be 6-8pm Sunday in the Ettinger Funeral Home. Funeral 10am Monday at Christ Church, Mill Village, Chris Mackey officiating. Burial will follow at 1:30pm in Lakeview Cemetery, Lakeville, Kings County. The family thanks the staff of Glen Haven Manor for all their care and kindness.
