CLARK, David Charles - 68, Truro formerly of Coldstream, born April 27, 1946 passed away January 3, 2015, after a courageous battle with cancer at the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro, surrounded by loved ones. For the past year David resided in Truro Heights but formerly a lifelong resident of the Coldstream Road, Stewiacke. David was a son of the late Lelland and Ina (Stoddart) Clark. David worked for Basin Construction, Milford Co-op,The Department Lands and Forests and was a custodian for NSAC. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping and making deals. David is survived by his loving wife of 47 years Linda (Cavanaugh); daughters Tammy (James Robinson), Montrose; Vanda (Carl) Cutler, Economy; Tosha (Andrew Castle), Hilden; sons Christopher, Coldstream Road, Stewiacke; David (Nadine) West St. Andrews; his chosen son Leslie (Debbie) Barkhouse, Shubenacadie; twenty one grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren; sisters Joan, Doris and Kristine. He was predeceased by sisters Pansy, Patsy and Sharon; brother Aubrey. Visitation 7-9pm, Wednesday with funeral service 2pm, Thursday both in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie, Rev. Martin Reid officiating. Family Flowers only. Donations may be made to a charity of choice.
