Obituary of Jack Stewart

STEWART, John Edward "Jack" - 62, Stewiacke, passed away at home on July 8, 2013. Born in Halifax he was a son of the late Ernest Talbot and Lillian Stewart. Jack lived the last seven years in Cloverdale and was a heavy equipment operator. He enjoyed hobby farming. Surviving are his wife Jane (Turple) Stewart, son Ryan, Halifax; brothers Terry (Colleen) Stewart, Lower Sackville; James Stewart, Whites Lake; sisters Jeannine Hale, Whites Lake; Lillian Hartnett, Tantallon; Gwendolyn Nicholson, Tatamagouche; June Craig, Hatchet Lake; Beatrice Askew, Goodwood; Sandra Smith, Dartmouth. Also survived by faithful companion his cat "Frankie Puddy" He was predeceased his parents, and a brother Samuel and a sister Joyce Seaboyor. Cremation has taken place under the care of Ettinger Funeral Home. A service of remembrance will be held at 10am, Saturday, in the Ettinger Funeral Home Chapel, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie, Father Tom Kurudeepan OMI officiating.
