MICHAEL, Levina Louise "Lavina" - 62, Indian Brook, passed away October 13, in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Eskasoni, she was a daughter of the late Noel and Rita (Paul) Michael. She loved to sew and was well known for her Raggedy Anne and Andy dolls. She was a talented bowler, enjoyed Bingo and playing horseshoes. She was famous for her homemade subs. Lavina is survived by her children Christian, Virginia (Colin), Troy, Tiffany (Myles), Alison; grandchildren Randi, Conner, Aiyana, Matteo, Alex, Colin Jr. Hannah, Monique, Kia, Casen, and Athena and a great grandchild Honour; sisters Magdalene "Mudd" Michael, Mary Catherine "Gudd" Sack, Sarah Sack, Patricia "Patsy" Michael, Nina Jackson; brothers Norman Morris, Lawrence "Joe" Michael, Lawrence "Larry" Michael; numerous nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, godchildren Tina Nevin, Eva Michael, and Tamara Morley. She was predeceased by a granddaughter Angel Michael, brothers Stephen Michael, Wilfred "Chiefy" Michael, Ronald Curtis Michael and infant brother Noel Michael Jr., sister Laura Howe. Visitation will be held at 39 Sesame Street, Indian Brook until time of the funeral service 11am, Thursday in St. Kateri Roman Catholic Church, Indian Brook, Father Tom Kurudeepan O.M.I. officiating.
