Obituary of Marie Garden

GARDEN (BENERE), Marie Marjorie, It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of our beloved mother at Serenity Lodge on September 4, 2014. She has gone to join her best friend and husband Alfred "Junior" and her son Darryl. Left to mourn are her children, Patti (Gary), Peter, Joan (Joe), and Joe(Darlene). Much loved Nanny to Scott, Jesse, Russell, Tyler, Tasha, Taylor, Jane, and Jeremy, also missed by great grandchildren; Colten, Alana and Keira, loving sister to Eddie, Rita, Marge, Theresa and Yvonne. She was a loved sister-in-law to many and a cherished special aunt to her nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by siblings, Eileen, Leo, Bernie, Dougie, Dot, Raymond and Willie. Mom has been cremated as per her wishes. Visitation will be held 6-8pm Sunday at St. Bernard's Roman Catholic Church, Enfield , from where the funeral will be held 11am Monday September 8, 2014, Father Michael Walsh officiating. A private family interment will follow in Sandy Hill Cemetery, Belnan. If desired, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or the Alzheimer's Society.
