CADWELL, Eileen Marie - a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother and friend, passed away peacefully in her home in Enfield on February 29, 2024, at the age of 81. Born and raised in Charlottetown, PEI, Eileen touched the lives of all who knew her with her kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering love for her family. Eileen's heart was truly larger than life, and she poured her love into everything she did. She had a knack for making everyone feel welcome and loved, and her home was always filled with warmth and laughter. She felt a sense of home thanks to her wonderful friends she met in the subdivision she was living in, quick to include her in things. A woman with little appetite but enough food to feed an army. A passionate animal lover, Eileen had a special bond with her many dogs over the years. She showered them with love and affection, and they were truly a part of her family. Eileen's compassion extended beyond her pets, and she was always willing to lend a helping hand to any animal in need. Eileen is survived by her sister Norma Petrie, her daughters Jacqueline (Dennis) Kennedy and Denise (Larry) Pennell, and Mirela(Andre) Matei, her grandchildren Kayla Burton, Nathan (Dayna) Cadwell, Stephanie Burton, Devon (Jessica) Pennell, Jerod Pennell, and Zachary (Kathleen) Cadwell, and her great-grandchildren Jaxson and Lane. She was predeceased by her grandparents George and Catherine Gallant, her beloved husband, Mons Cadwell, and her son, Jon Cadwell. Eileen will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her memory will live on in the hearts of those she loved. She leaves behind a legacy of love, kindness, and compassion that will continue to inspire all who were fortunate enough to know her. Rest in peace, dear Eileen. You will never be forgotten.
