To Clarence, Andrya, Andrew and families,
We were heartbroken when we heard of Darlene's passing. She had a smile that would brighten anyone's day. She loved you all very much and she showed that I am sure in many ways! We were so glad we got to visit this past summer and enjoyed our chat and of course a cup of tea. We were hoping she would get a chance to visit Newfoundland again but that wasn't to be. Cherish your precious memories of her and the wonderful years you had together! She will certainly be missed by all her Newfoundland family! We are with you all in spirit and we are sending our love and prayers during this difficult time.

I was shocked and saddened to hear of Darlene's passing. The Webbers and Cosgroves were a large part of my childhood on Centre Street. I remember many perms and haircuts in Darlene's kitchen and her coffee visits to my mother's. She loved to joke around and laugh. My sincere condolences to Clarence,Andrya,Andrew and families. She was a bright light and will be missed.

Darlene was a super special friend for over 40 years. I could tell her anything and everything. She always listened well, gave quiet suggestions and boosted me up on many occasions. We enjoyed movies, games, watercolor painting and even a Rhine cruise together. We laughed a lot. She will be missed so much here, but heaven just got brighter!

To the Webber family, we are both so sadden to hear of Darlene passing. We lived in Enfield for many years and she would look after our hair and my son's as well. Her little hair dressing shop was the perfect place and we would spend extra time talking about our families. I would see her many times over the last year and she would always ask about my family and talk about her children and grandchildren. She was a lovely lady and I will truly miss those little surprise meetings in the grocery stores. RIP Darlene.
