PAUL, Amber Rose – age 48 of Indian Brook, passed away 11:30 pm on the night of November 9, 2023, in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro.

We said goodbye to one of the most strongest women we’ve ever met and I was glad to call her my mom. She put up a hard fight until the very end. She was determined to get better to meet her grandbaby, unfortunately life had other plans. Mom was surrounded by family and friends as she went into the spirit world; she didn’t leave alone and for that I am ever grateful. Thank you everyone for your kind words and support and thank you to everyone that came in to visit my mom, I know she couldn’t say it but she appreciated all the love you gave her and her family during this time. Fly high mom, till we meet again.

Amber is survived by her children, Summer (Tevin), Indian Brook; River, Pictou; Diamond, Indian Brook; Raine Stephens, Kluskap Stephens, Kinap Stephens all of Millbrook, sisters; Crystal (Vernon Goade), Lee Paul, Emerald Paul, Olivia (Thomas) Howe, Faith Meuse, Kebrina Meuse, many nieces, nephews and her two God children.

She was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Evelyn (Paul) Meuse, maternal grandmother, Betsy Paul and paternal grandmother, Elizabeth Meuse, brother Eric Meuse, God father William Meuse.

Visitation will take place beginning at 6 PM on Sunday, November 12th, through Wednesday, November 15th, where a Traditional Ceremony will take place at 2pm all in the family residence at 142 Brown Flats Road, Indian Brook.
