My deepest sympathies to the family. I was so sorry to hear of Aunt Emma's passing. She was a class act for sure! A beautiful lady with a heart of gold. Growing up I remember always looking forward to her Christmas package, we knew it would be mittens and skating socks, I've yet to find any that compare:) love to you all at this time.

To the family of dear Emma. I want to offer my prayers and sympathies to you all. I only had the pleasure of knowing Emma since February, of this year when my mom moved to Melville Gardens. Emma was my mom's roommate and I always enjoyed seeing her. Mostly everyday when I went to visit my mom, Emma would say, "Over here" so I would pop in to say hello and she'd always greet me with her beautiful smile. She would comment on liking my purse and I told her I would try and find one for her. She also told me she liked oranges.
I will miss her sweet, gentle and kind personality. Rest in Peace dear Emma and I hope they have lots of oranges in Heaven.
From your new friend, Tracy Francis, daughter of Emma's roommate, Emily Doucette.

My sincere condolences to all of the family at this time. Aunt Emma always inspired me with her laughter, her energy and enthusiasm for dancing and bowling and her love of life in its entirety! She loved my dad so much (Cyril) and my mom (Jean) and she was always welcomed in our home and she always brought her big smile and hugs. I know for sure she will be welcomed on the other side by so many of our family who have gone before her. Always loved and forever missed by those who knew her. My love and prayers to the family at this time. Love Pam Barkhouse
