Obituary of Brian Robie Keddy

KEDDY, Brian Robie – age 75, of Stewiacke, went to be with his Lord and Saviour on February 27, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones in Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Halifax, he was a son of the late Robie and Hazel (Kennedy) Keddy.

Brian was deeply devoted to his faith and church family. He had a great passion for music, song writing, guitar playing, and his love of vehicles.

Lovingly remembered by his wife, Beverley (Heffernan); his children, Shawn (Lori), Michelle (Doug), Steve, Daniel; his grandchildren, Anthony, Tyler, and Ethan.

Besides his parents, Brian was predeceased by his brother, Aubrey; wife, Geraldine (Burke) and wife, Ruth (Swim).

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. A celebration of life will take place on Friday, March 3rd at 11 AM at Dartmouth United Pentecostal Church (The Refuge), 293 Main Street, Dartmouth. Private family committal service at a later date.
