Obituary of Harold Malcolm Hines

HINES, Harold Malcolm-age 75 of East Noel passed away August 30, 2022 in R.K. MacDonald Nursing Home, Antigonish. Born in East Noel, Harold was the oldest son of the late Roscoe and Lillian (Seller) Hines.

Harold worked in the trucking industry for 50 years as a long-haul driver, owning and operating many trucks and making lifelong friendships.

He is survived by his grandson, Joel and Joel’s mom, Peggy; brother, Ian (Janet); sister, Myra Matthews.

He will be dearly missed by his oldest niece, Lynn whom he was very close to as well as several nieces and nephews.

Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Clint.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. As per Harold’s request, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
