Clinton Chaplin Obituary

CHAPLIN, Clinton Stanley - 80, Oldham, passed away January 15, 2013 in Melville Lodge, Born in Middle Stewiacke he was a son of the late Charles and Gertrude (Flemming) Chaplin. He enjoyed the outdoors and gardening. Clinton worked at I. M. P. Aerospace. He is survived by sons Dennis (Heather MacDonnell), Dean (Heather); grandson Nathan Thompson; sisters Mildred Cooke, Elsie Takacs, Della Boyce (Charles), sister-in-law Olive Chaplin; many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his wife Marie, son Dale, brothers Lewis and Homer. Cremation has taken place. A visitation will be held 7-9pm, Today, Thursday in Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie. A graveside service will be held at 11am, May 8, 2013 in Fisher's Creek Cemetery, Green Oaks. Family flowers only, memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. The family would like to thank the staff of Melville Lodge for their care during the past 13 months.
