Michael Martin. Linda enjoyed her career in nursing. She was a Pediatric nurse of newborn and their mothers. She also enjoyed painting, crafts, walking and visiting with family. She was a long standing member of the Elmsdale Legion and also a member of the Christ Anglican Church, Lantz. She was a resident of Lantz for over 25 years. Surviving are her husband David. step son Brian, Edmonton; sister Holly (Gordon) Vader, Penticton, BC; sister-in-law Terri, Ottawa; brother-in-law Leon (Barb) Miller; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father, a brother Donald, several aunts and uncles. Visitation Saturday from 9:30 - 10:30 am at Ettinger Funeral Home, 2812 Highway 2, Shubenacadie. A celebration of Linda's life will take place 11am, Saturday at Christ Anglican Church, Lantz, Rev. Canon David Fletcher officiating. Cremation to follow with interment in Cornwall, Ontario. The family wishes to thank Dr. Henderson and staff of the Palliative Care Centre for the excellent care of Linda. Donations in memory of Linda may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, Palliative Care at Colchester East Hants Health Centre or a charity of your choice.
