Leon is Frank's nephew and I have known Frank for 17 years and I always found Frank to be a nice and pleasant to talk to and Leon always spoke to Frank and always enjoyed their conversations when saw him. One thing to be thankful for is that Frank lived a good long life. He will sadly missed by everyone who knew him.
