We celebrated news of your conception with your parents the day we brought Nick home. You were a much longed for baby. Your birth brought joy and peace to so many hearts. You were adorable. When we were reunited last year we enjoyed seeing wonderful person you'd become. You have made you parents so very proud. Mark and I are heart broken at your passing
