SYLIBOY, Lesia Marie – age 55 of Scarborough, Ontario, passed away unexpectedly, on March 17th, 2026, at home. Born in Truro, she was a daughter of Donetta Syliboy.

An avid reader with a passion for true crime. An animal lover who was always ready to bring a cat into her heart and home. A friend to anyone and everyone who needed one. 

Besides her mother, Lesia is survived by her two sons, Jaroge and Joshua; her three brothers; Dwayne, Jermaine, and Gill; and sister, Terina.

Visitation will begin at 11am on Friday, March27th, 2026, at the Indian Brook Cultural Cabin, 20 Mamio'mi Lane, Indian Brook, Nova Scotia. Until time of send off at 2:00pm on Saturday, March 28th, 2026, at St. Kateri’s Roman Catholic Church, Indian Brook, Nova Scotia. Father Phil Thibodeau officiating. Cremation to follow.
