CARLTON, Kathryn Anne – age 69, of Lantz, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her family on Tuesday, November 18th, 2025, at home in Lantz. Born in Admiral Rock, she was a daughter of Ernest and Shirley (Paley) Hines.

She is survived by her sisters, Carol (Gerry) Conley, of Shubenacadie, Judy (Danny) Ashley of Lantz; children, Lillian (Ken), Joey, Sasha (Steven); 3 grandchildren; 1 great granddaughter; many nieces, nephews and many great nieces and nephew.

Besides her parents, she was predeceased by, her husband, Barry Calton; son, Gregory (in infancy); sister, Sheila Dingle; brother, Barry Hines; nephew, Ronnie Conley.

Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Homes, Shubenacadie and Elmsdale.

A graveside service will take place at a later date, where Kathryn will be laid to rest with her son.
