SANCHEZ-BROOKS, Cynthia Christine – age 57, of Indian Brook, passed away August 31, 2025 in the Colchester East Hants Health Centre, Truro. Born in Long Island, New York, she was the daughter of Patricia Brooks of Indian Brook and Hector Sanchez of CT. USA.

She is survived by her son, Isaiah Sanchez, grandson Calvin and a soon to be grandson in October, brother, Desmond Brooks, Indian Brook.

She was predeceased by a sister Rachael Anne Francis of Indian Brook, grandparents Benjamin and Christine Brooks of Indian Brook.

Cremation has taken place. Visitation will take place from 6 – 8pm Thursday, September 4, and Friday, September 5, 2025 in Ettinger Funeral Home 2812 Hwy 2, Shubenacadie. Funeral will take place at 10am Saturday, September 6, in St. Kateri’s Roman Catholic Church. Father Phil Thibodeau officiating.
