Obituary of Robert Frederick Stoddard

STODDARD, Robert Fredrick (Bob) – 87 of Lantz N.S. passed away peacefully at home with his devoted daughter by his side on February 17, 2025. Born in Pembroke, ON. He was the son of the late Robert and Eva (Cousins) Stoddard.

After retiring from the Canadian Armed Forces, Bob worked at a few jobs but he most enjoyed his stint driving taxi. He was a great conversationalist, he very much enjoyed chatting with folks he drove from place to place. Bob was an avid Bluejays fan and was quite a movie buff.

Bob was predeceased by his loving wife, Flora (nee Ferguson).

Bob is survived by his daughter, Joanne Stoddard (Darrell Hennigar) of Lantz; stepsons, Rick Pye (Darlene) of Hilden; Frank Pye of Moncton and the apple of his eye, his grandson, Austin Pye of Moncton.

Cremation has taken place. As per Bob's wishes, there will be no visitation or funeral service.
