Obituary of Remi Rose Carter

CARTER, Remi Rose - was born sleeping on September 2nd, 2021 at 7:45 pm in the IWK Health Centre, Halifax.

Although we wish more than anything we had a lifetime with her, we are so thankful for the 23 short weeks we did have. Her presence has brought so much joy to our family and will always have a such special place within it. When you think of our family, we ask you please hold space for her and her beautiful soul. Besides her loving parents, Mason and Ashley (Retfalvi) Carter, Remi had a loving brother Ethan (3) and sister, Marley ( 20 months) who showed great excitement and love towards their new sibling. Remi will forever be missed immensely but will be thought of often and will honour her presence during times of celebration, family events and holidays that will pass but also be remembered in the quiet hours of sunsets, star filled skies and times of reflection.

“There is no footprint too small that cannot leave an imprint on this world”.  

Cremation has take taken place under the care and direction of Ettinger Funeral Home, Shubenacadie. No service will be held at this time.

Donations in Remi’s memory may be made to the IWK Health Centre.
